Compliance for growing Indian businesses — DPDP, done properly.

Describe your business once. We show what India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act means for you, assess your readiness with real evidence, turn gaps into tracked tasks and keep every deadline in view.

  • Real scanner evidence — nothing invented
  • Unknown answers never count as compliant
  • Every legal reference shows its verification status
  • Human approval for legal and regulatory actions
How every finding is labelled
Confirmed observable finding

We saw it on your public pages, with the evidence attached.

Potential concern

Looks risky but needs a human to verify.

Customer-attested

You told us. Treated as a declaration, never as proof.

Not assessed

We could not see it. Unknown never counts as compliant.

A Readiness Score is an indicator — never a certificate and never proof of compliance.

Built differently

Evidence, not guesswork — and honest about what it cannot see.

Separate the facts

Scanner evidence, your declarations and AI interpretation are stored and shown separately, so you can always see what a conclusion rests on.

Show the reasoning

For each obligation we record why it applies — or why it might — from your own profile. Overrides need a reason and are audited.

Humans decide

Policies, breach notices and approvals go through consultant review and an authorised person. The platform never files anything on its own.

No fake progress

Completion is computed from tasks closed with verified evidence. There is no green ‘fully compliant’ badge anywhere.

India's data protection law, phased in — not all at once.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 governs digital personal data. If you collect names, phone numbers or emails — through a contact form, an app, a CRM or a spreadsheet — you are likely a Data Fiduciary with duties to give notice, honour consent and rights, keep data secure and report breaches.

Questions

Straight answers.

Does OmniCompliq certify that my business is compliant?+

No. There is no government-recognised certificate that a tool can issue. You receive a Readiness Score and an evidence trail. A high score is never proof of legal compliance.

How do you decide which parts of the law apply to me?+

From your business profile — industry, headcount, state, operations. We show the basis for every decision. Where data is missing we mark a regulation 'potentially applicable' instead of excluding it, and you can override with a reason.

Can a website scan check everything?+

No. A scan sees only your public pages. It cannot see databases, encryption, access controls or deletion practices. Every finding is labelled confirmed, potential, customer-attested or not assessed, and unknown answers earn no credit.

Are the legal references verified?+

Each requirement shows its verification status. Items we have checked against official text say so; the rest are flagged 'unverified — legal review pending'. We never present an unverified rule as settled.

Is ISO certification a legal requirement?+

No. ISO standards are voluntary management-system frameworks. We help you prepare; only an accredited certification body can certify you.

Does it handle payroll, GST or financial filings?+

No. Banking, securities, insurance, GST, income tax, accounting, payroll calculations and financial returns are deliberately out of scope.

Is Omniaiverse a Consent Manager?+

No. A Consent Manager is a separate statutory entity registered under the DPDP Rules. Our software helps your organisation record consent for its own processing.
