How it works

From a free scan to ongoing DPDP readiness.

Start free. We fix the website, review the inside of your business with you, write what is missing, and keep watching after that.

FreeSteps 1–2

Find out where you stand

  1. 1

    Free website scan

Enter your website address. We check the public pages and show what is wrong, such as a missing consent box or no grievance contact. It takes a few minutes.

  2. 2

    Your scan report

A list of findings with the DPDP section behind each and how to fix it, plus an honest list of what a scan cannot see — everything inside your company.

Get ready, with us doing the heavy lifting

  1. 3

    Website fixes

We fix the website issues for you: consent boxes, privacy notice links, cookie banner, grievance contact and security settings. Then we rescan to confirm they are gone.

  2. 4

    Inside review call

An Omni specialist spends 1–2 hours with you: where customer data is kept, who has access, how long you keep it, which vendors handle it, and what happens on a deletion request or a data breach.

  3. 5

    We write your missing documents

Privacy notice, retention policy, breach-response plan, deletion procedure and vendor list, plus a template for vendor agreements. You review and approve them.

  4. 6

    You upload proof

Screenshots and signed contracts. We check they match what you told us.

  5. 7

    Your DPDP readiness report

A dated report showing what is done and what is still open, with a score covering both your website and your inside processes. A readiness report, not a certificate.

Stay ready

    Monthly monitoring

We rescan your site every month, remind you of anything expiring, and help you handle a privacy request or a breach if one comes up.

Good to know
  • A scan sees only your public website. Everything inside your company is covered by the inside review (steps 4–6).
  • The final report is a dated readiness report. It is not a certificate, and nobody can issue a government-recognised DPDP certificate.
  • Documents are drafted by us and approved by you. Where something needs a lawyer, we tell you plainly.
